The Team

Open Windows manages to serve the Dueñas community with just ten staff members.  Each one specializes in specific subjects and/or age groups, although they sometimes change assignments so they can always back each other up. While the learning center was closed to children during the pandemic, the teachers made video lessons for the children to access on their phones. Now they are again teaching the children face to face, focusing especially on helping them achieve the competencies of the national curriculum in math and language.
